Returns
- Eligibility: Physical items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all physical products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as sessions, appointments, perishable goods, and sale or clearance items, are non-refundable or returnable.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at WillowHayzeinfo@gmail.com with your order number, pictures of the product, and reason for the return. If return is approved, we will provide you with information & instructions for your return. All return postage will be paid by the customer. There is a ten percent restocking charge on all undamaged returned items.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be covered by purchaser.
